Policies and Code of Behavior

Welcome to Top Dance Studio! To ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for everyone, please read and adhere to the following policies and code of behavior.

1. Enrollment and Fees:

Our standard fee is €120 for 10 training sessions. This membership is valid for 10 weeks from the date of purchase and is applicable to both freestyle disco dance and acrobatics classes.

We offer a new member training fee €50 for 4 training sessions. This fee allows new members to experience our classes before committing to a full membership. 

Session Validity:

The 10 training sessions must be used within the ten-week validity period. Unused sessions will expire after this period and cannot be refunded or extended.

2. Code of Behaviour 

Respect:

All students, parents, and staff must treat each other with respect and courtesy.

Punctuality: 

Students are expected to arrive on time for their classes.

Attire: 

Appropriate dance attire must be worn for all classes

Conduct: 

Students should follow instructions, participate actively, and maintain a positive attitude.

Personal Belongings: 

Top Dance Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items. Please keep valuables at home.

Equipment and Facilities: 

Members are responsible for using the studio’s equipment and facilities properly. Any damage or maintenance issues should be reported to the staff immediately. Personal belongings should be stored in designated areas, and members are expected to clean up after themselves.

Health and Safety:  

Members must adhere to all health and safety guidelines provided by the trainers and staff, including those related to personal safety, equipment use, and hygiene.

Attendance Communication: 

Parents or guardians must inform the trainer if their child will not attend a scheduled training session for any reason.

Feedback and Communication: 

Members are encouraged to provide feedback and communicate any concerns with the management or trainers. We are committed to addressing all concerns promptly and effectively.
